Sanda Anca is an experienced Senior consultant and trainer for business development with over 20 years’ experience. She is certified in Management Development Knowledge and Skills by Roffey Park Management Institute in the UK. Sanda is highly skilled in financial analysis, cost-benefit analysis, budgeting, business and strategic planning. Over the years she has drafted complex business development and investment plans, including complex financial analysis, feasibility studies and financial management in different fields of activity such as recycling, IT, hospitality services, agriculture, healthcare etc. She is currently completing a PhD in Economics and International Affairs.

Dan Ionescu has over 25 years’ as a consultant and management development trainer. Dan is certified in Management Development by the Roffey Park Institute, UK. He has led management development programs mainly address to large and multinational companies. His client portfolio includes companies such as: IKEA, GlaxoSmithKline, Bosch, Endava, NTT, Friesland Campina, Holcim, iQuest, Leoni, Silcotub, Tenaris, Trelleborg, Ursus, Ecolor.
